The books and this site
The text, cover art, and other content of The Second Bond series, and everything on this website, belong to Luke McNamara unless otherwise credited. Reviewing the books, quoting brief passages, and sharing the cover art for the purpose of a review, reaction, or recommendation is always welcome and needs no permission from me - on Amazon, Goodreads, social media, BookTok, blogs, or anywhere else. What I ask is that you not reproduce or redistribute the full text or art, or use it commercially, without reaching out through the contact page first.
Store orders
Store purchases are processed securely through Stripe. I never see or store your full card details. Prices are listed in US dollars, and orders currently ship within the US only. Product availability can change - an item marked "Coming Soon" is temporarily out of stock and may be restocked at a later date.
Returns and refunds
Every signed copy is packed by hand, so all sales are final once an order ships, except where the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or never arrives, contact me within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, if it never showed up). A photo of the damage is usually all I need - you will not be asked to ship anything back. I will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you would rather have, at no extra cost to you.
Because these are signed items, I am not able to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind after an order ships.
No warranty
This site and its contents are provided as-is. I make a good-faith effort to keep everything accurate and working, but I cannot guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of its products, beyond the price you paid for the order in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms as the site or store changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
